Phil Shepherd is my soul brother.  I love this guy because he is a good friend but more importantly knows beyond a shadow of a doubt that he’s is God’s child.  We think so much alike.

About two weeks ago he interviewed me about Discovering The God Imagination: Reconstructing A Whole New Christianity and it was honestly one of the funnest interviews I’ve had.  About four months ago I heard a podcast he made and thought, “This guy is saying the same thing I just wrote.”  Well we discovered in the interview that we had come to the same conclusions about atonement, grace, kingdom and so many things.
