Jonathan………Do you really think watching someone get hurt is funny or worthy of a laugh ? That’s really sad and your better than that Jonathan

David, I appreciate what you are saying. But I have to respectfully disagree. The brutal nature of our brokenness is sometimes put on display. And the point I was making was not to laugh at the guy, even though it was funny. The point was to call out that the only way we know how to deal with it is to laugh. It’s different.

I understand. Many aspects of Human Failure….I guess some are funny and different. There is alot of poking fun at people who do stupid things even on TV these days. Whole programs are decated to it. I think thats sad and not really funny. rnrnFailure that comes about because people try hard and don’t see the results they desire is another thing altogether. Failure can make us strong as well and we certanily can learn from it. rnrnThere was a commercial on TV some years ago about Michael Jordan and His failures in basketball. He said his failures was why he had success ! It was a great commercial and a newspaper reportor took it a bit further and wrote an artical about it. A great piece. I’ll dig thru my files and see if I can locate it and copy some of it for you. I think you would enjoy it. It communicates really well about failure and it’s bennifits.
