The Bible In Five Statements Meme

five

Kay tagged me for an interesting meme. Here are the rules.

Summarize the Bible in five statements, the first one word long, the second two, the third three, the fourth four and the last five words long. Or possibly you could do this in descending order. Tag five people.

1. Humanity “realizes” something untrue and dies.

2. Humanity invents religion and the law to solve the problem.

3. God sends Jesus to reveal the truth of love.

4. People follow the Way.

5. Humanity realizes the truth of grace and is restored.

If you are reading this, I tag you.  Come play a long.  Here is a list of those who have joined.

PS: Apparently I cheated. ;-P  I don’t really like rules anyways.  But in the spirit of the meme, here is my second try at it.

1. Realizes.

2. Religious Law

3. Jesus is True

4. People follow the Way

5. Humanity is restored by grace.
